Samy Sam Beats

Samy Sam Beats, real name Samuel José Almeida Dos Santos Lopes, is a songwriter, composer/beatmaker and performer of Cape Verdean origin born in Lisbon, Portugal. Samy Sam Beats became known in 2009 on the Kizomba scene thanks to the songs Cara Podre, Aguenta So and Magic Room.

In 2012, Samy Sam Beats took on the role of 'beatmaker' and DJ.

The remixes of CoCo by O.T. Genasis (remix afro house version, with DJ Pingusso) and Panda by Desiigner (version afro house) both quickly surpassed one million views on YouTube and have achieved great success in clubs while turning on Latin, urban, Kizomba music radios in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Ukraine, Italy and Portugal.

Samy Sam Beats is regularly solicited for collaborations with international artists like Kaysha, Pegguy Tabu, Topo La Maskara, Kiddye Bonz, CEUZANY, Real'or'Beatz, Elizio, L.I.L. Star, Lisa Lopes and many more.
