Band were great. Venue sounded good. not enough people were there though, which is a real shame.

About 100 Fables

One of the most exciting young bands in an already-thriving Glasgow music scene today, 100 Fables were born from a shared love of the new wave movement and their passion for the '80s new wave and post punk electro sound.

100 Fables effortlessly combine all of these influences into a powerful high-octane mix that follows in the steps of the acts that have inspired them - such as Blondie, Altered Images, The Cure, The Cars, Le Tigre and The Killers - but firmly sounds like nothing else but 100 Fables.

The band have made a firm mark over the last 18 months, from being crowned Hard Rock Risings 2016 European Champions to show-stealing appearances at Isle Of Wight Festival and Young Scot Awards 2017, as well as storming supporting slots with acts as diverse as Glasvegas, The View, Sheppard and The Sugarhill Gang.

As well as gaining traction on the airwaves with regular plays from BBC Introducing’s Vic Galloway, Amazing Radio’s Jim Gellatly, BBC Radio Scotland’s ‘Single of the Week’ (‘Wake Up’ Janice Forsyth Show) and 2 months (and counting) in Passport Approved’s Top Ten.

The four-piece outfit - Lyndsey Liora, Erin Reidy, Harris Hiscoe and Chris Stewart - have a vision for 100 Fables and it's one that is well on its way to being realised. It's only a matter of time before the world knows their name.
