Blues Rock, Country Soul, Helen Rose's musical influences rise from the Bayou of New Orleans to the rockabilly and country serenades of Nashville and many other genres. Helen was recently selected as one of NPR Tiny Desk Concert Contest’s favorite California entries. She recently toured as an opening act for Patrick Sweany (Dan Auerbach, The Black Keys). She has shared the stage and recording studio with musical legends such as Jerry Donohugh (Fairport Convention, Joan Armatrading, The Proclaimers), James Gadson (Marvin Gaye, D'angelo, Ryan Adams, Bill Withers), Benmont Tench (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers), Eric Heywood (The Pretenders, Ray Lamontagne), Ben Peeler (Shelby Lynne, The Wallflowers) and many other legendary musicians… Debut album coming soon!
