Lacrota

Emerging from the grisly catacombs of Sheffield in 2011, Lacrota are a blackened technical death metal band formed by Stuart Howlette and Pete Wilson after the demise of their old bands End of Eternity and Echofall. After a few line up changes the band now has a full cast including ex Ethereal vocalist Joe Stamps, ex Adstrictus bassist Liam Banks and Ravenage drummer Boxhead. Starting out originally under the name of Xerxes the band has played up and down the UK, invading places such as Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol and Leeds. After changing their name to Lacrota the debut EP Nuckelavee was released on new years day of 2015. The future is bright for Lacrota as the band looks to play more incredible shows, share the stage with more great bands and record a full length album. Death Metal band from Sheffield, with a bit of a prog touch.
