About Kate Yeager
Kate Yeager (she/her) is a New York-born, Nashville-based independent singer/songwriter. Her music combines upbeat indie pop sensibility a là MUNA, the raw vocals of Kelly Clarkson, and Julia Michaels’ -style introspective lyrics. Her songwriting will make you question “How does she know my life?” Kate describes her discography as “a whole lot of light, with a whole lot of bite.”
Teaming up with Grammy-nominated producer Jared Anderson, Kate’s new EP Before the Lights Go Out explores themes of vulnerability, love, and self-discovery. Kate reflects on her collection of songs, “I am in my vulnerable era – there isn’t a lot of holding back.
