Whoopi Sticks

Whoopi Sticks was founded by Lindsey Lauren Warren and Jaymz Purtle. She does the Mikey Erg drumming/singing thing and he played bass. A three song demo was recorded in 2014, with guitarist Natalie Summers co-writing the music. This lineup embarked on a few changes since our first recording but the heart of the project has remained intact, genuine humorous surfy punk that challenges the status quo, creates a space where outsiders can feel welcome to be whoever they are and where we can discuss the many changes we want to make in the world in a humorous manner.
