Failure

So awesome the Failure Band concert! The people were nice at the venue and band sounded better than ever like the last concert they played in Chicago!! I just wished they would have played their other songs Saturday Savior and Sergeant Politeness. Cool guys and introduction to the band with other bands talking about failure!!!

The show was absolutely amazing. They sounded great and were timely. I never miss a Failure show when they come to town and they never disappoint.

Failure put on a hypnotic hard hitting show all in the intimate setting of Cat's Cradle. My fiance and I were awestruck; fully encapsulated by a wall of haunting sound and the driving bass which was like a second heartbeat at times. The set was amazing, definitely see them on this tour if you can. Can't wait to see the full documentary!

Like fine wine, this band keeps getting better with age. I loved the doc, I loved the setlist. One of the best bands of all time!!! I will never miss a show when they come to town. Big thanks to Failure for playing cities like Omaha, Lincoln and Lawrence, Kansas.

Failure never, EVER disappoints. They’ve often been like a musical secret handshake, the one band that if name-dropped into a conversation about musical influences or inspirations is instantly validating and lends credibility to an individual. Surprisingly, thirty years later, many have still not learned of Failure which is alright, too, because then a conversation can become “Oh let me TELL you about Failure…” Their live shows have sound that is so well dialed in that you can hear every nuance and detail, every layer, and for a three-piece band that’s surprisingly much more than you might anticipate. Failure continues to astound and conjure sonic magic on their current tour supporting the album Wild Type Droid and they simply don’t show any signs of slowing down or sounding any lesser than past tours. In many ways, Sunday’s concert at Crescent Ballroom showed how a band can only sound better with time. A rare feat in this day and age, to be sure.

I was so good to see you at the Urban Lounge. I have the floor tom head hanging on the wall to this day.

Wish I could go again! Such a great show. Failure is an amazing live band and the lights put the show over the top! It's been weeks since I was there, and I'm still thinking about it! Been a fan since the 90's...can't wait for my next chance to see them.

Failure was amazing. However there were some technical difficulties with the sound guys so I didn’t give the full 5 stars. Would see them again no questions asked.

A excellent set list for an excellent band. This tour is a must-see as they dig into all their albums. Great mixing and Best light show I’ve seen at the Crescent too.

failure have been one of my favorite bands for over 20 years. seeing them perform such an amazing, classic record from start to finish is some bucket list stuff. so glad to be a part of an awesome night! thanks to bands in town, I knew when, where, and was able to purchase tickets effortlessly.and thanks to failure for their continued brilliance!

Band sounded fantastic. No opening act on this tour. They played Fantastic Planet all the way through even with the segues. They absolutely brought it for this show.

Sick show! First time seeing them live after so many years listening--blown away by their chops--un-f*cking-believable to hear Fantastic Planet like that! Could've done without the three dbs behind me singing off-key way too loud, and yelling BEEERRRRNIE! the whole show, but even that didn't detract from the amazing experience. Hope I will have the opportunity to see them again!

Fantastic Planet is my favorite album of all time, so getting to hear it live from start to finish was every bit as epic and wonderful as I expected. It was also my 18th Failure show and they never disappoint.

Amazing concert! The venue was not hot and sweaty, the opening band (local H) blew my mind, and Failure played Dirty Blue Balloons on tour for the first time since they reunited!

they are such artists. both Failure and Local H were amazing and you always wonder how they can improve upon perfection and they do. thank you Failure and Local H!

4th time seeing these living legends, had an amazing time and even met them earlier in the day, they are great people and deserve the success they are finally being rewarded with.

Better than two days ago in Chicago. Smaller crowd but more enthusiastic. So great I'm now thinking of catching them in Phoenix for a third time.

Failure was Amazing! They sounded great! Like they never left! I've been waiting for them to do a comeback since 1997! I'm so glad it finally happen! Thank you Failure for finally making my wish come true! Please! Stick around music needs you and all of your greatness! Especially right now! The music scene in LA sucks right now! There isn't really that many great musicians out playing the smaller venues! Like they used to! All the concerts are being booked at all these ANG corporate venues like Nokia, staples, and la live! It sucks! People don't wanna go see there favorite bands at places like that! They want more intimate places like el ray, troubadour, whiskey, Roxy, and the palladium!
