Symmetrical Defiance

Symmetrical Defiance is an Independent cosmic inspired metal band with over 4K followers/ subscribers on Facebook/ YouTube they have been viewed thousands of times.

They went on a mini tour at end of June 2026 hitting up Ohio, Missouri, and Oaklahoma.


Symmetrical Defiance has opened up for Canadian Death metal giants Goreguts at The Montage music Hall in Rochester, NY.

They have also opened up for A Killer’s Confession at the Westcott Theater in Syracuse and a slew of festivals like (Splat Fest, Hage Fest, Smite Fest, Anti-violence Fest and most recently opening up for the Brazilian band Soulfly in February 2023.

Their music and even the members have been in at least 6 indie movies and shorts online since 2013 when the band was formed.

Devour the Sun was featured in the movie (Axe Grinder 666) of Sterling Entertainment & Mad Angel Films.

After going through a couple of lineup changes along the way to finding the right musicians/ team to bring them to the next level.
​
They were featured in Wretched Sound Magazine 2020 first edition as one of the top 50 Metal bands in NY.

Symmetrical Defiance has released one EP (Chrysalis), 5 Singles (Waste of Mankind, Devour the Sun, Is This The End, Letters of Madness, & Memories).

They have also released 5 music videos.

Currently our next single titled IDK is out now!!!

Their EP titled HATE, GREED & MALICE is due out in 2027!

Their first full length LP is also being worked on and recorded as we speak.
