Isles (Official)

ISLES began as a solo project by founder and guitarist Ivan Torres (ex-Dissipate, A Thousand Kingdoms) in 2011. After releasing Spaces, ISLES' debut full-length album in July 2013, Ivan recruited longtime friends Daniel Macias-Bernarndo, Dev Bhat (Shipwreck Detective) and Ben Everett (Ghost Parade) for what was only going to be a one-time live showcase for Spaces. After a positive reception from friends and the continued success of Spaces, the members decided to keep ISLES going as a full-time project. ISLES regrouped in spring of 2014, after moving former drummer Dev to guitar and bringing in drummer Evan Massi. ISLES performs regularly around the Bay Area and is currently in the process of releasing "Bending Light," ISLES' debut effort as a full band.
