Azmyth

A jack of all trades, Azmyth moves between many professions. Mainly those arts specific & often leaning towards the entertainment industry. He has been a musician since the age of 10 beginning with drums & percussion. This skill evolved into DJ'ing & music production after he left College in his early 20's. All through high school he specialized in the fine arts which he also attended college for. Although acting was not part of his fine arts education, there are many early childhood tapes of short films with friends & his father. DJ'ing led to promoting & producing events in seattle before he moved to Los Angeles in 2005. Shortly after establishing himself in a few local LA venues, he had a chance meeting that led him to visit a casting office that was casting Pirates Of The Caribbean 3. This was his first official acting job in 2007. One of those magic opportunities that push a person in a particular direction happened While on set. Not only did he receive all the SAG vouchers needed to join the actors union, but he was picked from 500 extras to be featured getting hung at the gallows in the opening scene. This small success was quickly followed by being cast in the reality show Pirate Master. He gained a following round the world from his run with the show & immediately started taking his acting career seriously. The next year proved to change his career paths even further as he was cast as a lead in two features that in the end, he also ended up helping produce on many levels. After completing both films back in his home town of Snohomish, Washington, he helped land both films in distribution channels. These films also showed him a new career in the stunt world where he has performed many of his own stunts in his films along being brought back to do stunts on Pirates Of The Caribbean 4. Another off shoot of the acting career is that of modeling. Thanks to, (as surprising as it is) head shots. He got involved with the modeling industry & has amassed quite the body of eclectic work ranging from editorial & commercial to the realm of Avant-guarde & edgy/high-fashion. Adding to his production skills he now also casts projects under his production company Manifest Station which has a slate of Feature films, Shorts, commercials & music videos already lined up for the 2013 seasons.
