Ayron is a favorite. I've been to see him a handful of times now. From the Oak Harbor Jazz & Blues music festival where he brought his lovely wife on stage with his adorable son who performed, to the time he sang Purple Rain opening for Sir Mix a Lot in Bellingham. He's the best.

About Ayron Jones
With his critically acclaimed major label debut, Child Of The State, churning out a multi-week number No. 1 (“Mercy”) and two Top 5 cuts (“Take Me Away,” “Supercharged”), Emerald City rocker Ayron Jones proves he’s not slowing down anytime soon on the release of his highly-anticipated follow-up album, Chronicles Of The Kid. Praised by Wonderland, Ladygunn, and Loudwire, among others, Jones’ sophomore record scored his second No. 1 single with “Blood In The Water,” making him one of the few Black solo rock artists to achieve the feat. It’s safe to say the gritty rocker’s reach now extends well beyond his Seattle roots, having played alongside Run DMC; Shinedown; Public Enemy; Rakim; Jeff Beck; Black Stone Cherry; Theory of a Deadman; Spearhead; and Sir Mix-a-lot, who also produced Jones’ first independent record. Previously opening for iconic acts like The Rolling Stones, Guns N’ Roses, B.B. King, and more, it’s easy to see why American Songwriter calls Jones “one of the biggest names in rock music.”
