Evolving over the past decade along side my brothers and sisters in Medicine For The People, has been a great blessing. Today I start a new chapter in my journey, and I ask you all to help me create it. Some of these songs have been around for a long time and I’m so proud that the universe is allowing them to finally be released to the world.

This album is a mix of my many different musical inspirations and styles. Stemming from Acoustic Rock, Grunge, Punk, Metal, Reggae, Folk, Rock, Electronic, and a dash of Pop culture. All of these songs are my simple minded interpretation of my travels all around the world, including as well, my crazy spiritual journey, that has engulfed my life in the best way possible.

I am unbelievably grateful for the guidance and support I have received in my life so far. I never ever thought all this would be possible, big thanks to Grandma, Grandpa, Mum and Dad, Camas, Bear, and countless others, for being the Rocks in my life, and helping me on my way. For Teaching me to let go of fear, and keeping me on the edge, all while steering me to my song, passion, and strengths.

Big Love to all my Sisters and Brothers for helping me realize more everyday, that we are all in service to each other. Remembering that this life is about giving and creating, and just being. Helping out whenever you can, simultaneously being that rock that people can call on when in need of council. Most of all giving the utmost respect and love for our Elders, Land, Rivers, and Sea, while reflecting the unknown ways of the Universe.
