Robert Cray

Robert Cray was fabulous! I don’t know why the site only gives 4.5 stars as highest score. He and band were a 5+ stars. Robert’s voice is just as I remembered from concerts long ago but his guitar licks had improved significantly. It was all about tone and beauty in his guitar playing with no shredding. Wow! I would go see Robert over and over again!

Bought these tickets a couple of months before the Charlotte show was announced, so we got to see RCB two nights in a row. This show was even better than the show in CLT. Acoustics fantastic, RC's voice is still strong, guitar playing is amazing as always, and the band are attended to one another. Never get tired of seeing The Robert Cray Band in person!

Another fantastic performance by The Robert Cray Band! Robert's voice is better than ever and his guitar playing is still top notch. Played a great mix of old favorites, recent songs and covers. The band never disappoints. Shout out to the new drummer - great job!

Robert Cray is the BEST! Fantastic concert, opened by Marc Cohn and The Blind Boys of Alabama. Venue was perfect, acoustics were on point, and every note was beautiful!

Young Bob can still nail the vocals and guitar. So talented. Could have played a few more of his popular hits but when you ONLY play for just over 90 minutes guess that’s not possible. The base player was awesome as well. An eclectic barefooted caveman looking dude rockin dreadlocks with bangs. Biggest complaint was FTC setting up seating for this show and no one getting up and letting loose. This should have been a GA show!

Great night, George Thorogood and Robert Cray. If you love the blues, great guitar riffs and unbelievable singing - you need to catch Robert Cray, he gave a fantastic performance last night in Costa Mesa. Great night of music last night!!

Fantastic! I first saw Robert Cray play in 1986 and he’s only got better. Great mix of old and new songs. Loved it! Walked out with a big smile on my face

The legend was awesome again. Very good on voice and the band was on fire. The only thing is that I missed a horn section. Hopefully next time.

Although it was a little shorter than I expected and I had to brave a snowstorm to get there as it started, Robert did not disappoint. His playing was sharp and his voice was as smooth and cool as it was 40 years ago. He established good rapport with the audience and displayed a great sense of humor. His band was tight and played great throughout the entire night.

Excellent performance and beautiful venue. Some other people in the front row complained about speakers affixed to the front of the stage that blocked their view. There also was a gaggle of drunk asshats who were there to be seen and would not shut up through the whole thing. But Robert and the band were incredible!

It was Cray Cray Z! It was a fantastic time and an awesome experience! He was engaging and fun and the music was the best. I only wish the venue aloud for dancing... I mean Robert Cray can jam and it was hard to stay seated. 😬 But he came to Spokane and I would never complain about that!

Awesome as HE always is !!!! We go see him everytime he is CLOSE BY. WE LOVE ROBERT CRAY AND HIS BAND. THEY ARE A ONE OF A KIND SHOW. NOONE ELSE COMPARES TO BOB ON HIS STRAT !!!

Great Guitarist among the best Blues players in the world. It is also a very good at G live to see artists live with friendly staff and good atmosphere.

It was a great night. Robert Cray and his band put on a great show. This was our first time at the Eccles Center and it was the perfect venue.

Robert Cray was so crisp and clean sounding it was absolutely amazing. His voice is so strong and is only overshadowed by his amazing having of the guitar. To say he can shred or make the instrument sing is an easy description. The acoustics at the Dosey Doe are excellent which further made this an epic event. Easy 5 stars

Spectacular! Great songs and so much fun to see Robert Cray and the band perform them live. I was dancing, air guitaring and air drumming all night long !

It was fantastic! This is the third time I've seen the Robert Cray Band in Santa Fe and each time was an extreme pleasure. I will always purchase a ticket whenever Robert Cray comes to town!

The concert was tremendous, however the venue needed a little work. It was a rainy night and they didn't open the doors at the posted time. Small theater with tiny bathrooms and no alcohol.
