Imelda Marcos is an avant noise rock band whose sonic palette is pointillistic, percussive and rhythmic. Imelda M have played with Ahleuchatistas, Secret Chiefs 3 and Horse Lords. NPR Music Viking's Choice described the band as, "... hypnotic, buzzy, technical, but oh-so-fun noise-rock."
In December 2023, the band released their fifth studio recording Agita which was included in Rolling Stone's Best Music of 2023: Staff Picks. The band is working on their fourth full-length.
