About In Vain
In Vain, a Spanish metal band, traces its roots back to the melodic heavy metal of the 80s, gradually incorporating elements of power, speed, and thrash while maintaining excellent melodies, culminating in their distinctive current compositional style.
The band's journey began at the close of 2003, releasing their debut demo in 2005, “Spirit of Earth”, followed by “Dawn of Misery” in 2007. Over two decades, In Vain has crafted a legacy, delivering five full-length albums: “Of Gods and Men” (2009), “In Death We Trust” (2012), “The Little Things That Matter” (2014), “IV” (2017), and “All Hope Is Gone” (2021). These albums have been showcased alongside prominent bands such as Freedom Call, Astral Doors, RAM, Axxis, and Steelwing.
Anticipating their upcoming release, “Back to Nowhere”, slated for an early 2024 launch with Fighter Records, In Vain revisits their roots. The album features direct and powerful anthems, reminiscent of classic heavy metal, showcasing the sound, mastery, and expertise accumulated over their nearly two-decade career.
