Wait For June

More versatile and detailed than ever before, the band Wait For June walks the paths of folk, indie, rock, piano-pop, a little funk and down- to-earth singer/songwriter music, without beating any of them. The combination of voices and harmonies and the usage of the many instruments bring an immense entertainment to the stage. Content-wise, the band is not afraid to also ask uncomfortable questions. At the same time, the fast-paced songs with their happy sounds encourage people to go outside and get in touch with the world – again.

Vielseitiger und detailreicher denn je wandelt die Band Wait For June auf den Pfaden von Folk, Indie, Rock, Piano-Pop, ein wenig Funk und bodenständiger Singer/Songwriter-Musik, ohne auch nur einen davon auszutreten. Die Kombination der Stimmen und der Wechsel der vielen Instrumente bringen eine ungemeine Spannung auf die Bühne. Inhaltlich geht es dabei durchaus mal ans Eingemachte und die Band scheut sich nicht, auch unbequeme Fragen zu stellen. Zugleich machen die temporeicheren Songs mit ihren Happy-Sounds aber auch Mut, wieder nach draußen zu gehen und mit der Welt in Kontakt zu treten.
