Excellent musicians faithfully recreating Eagles classics. The band built a great rapport with the audience. The was one downside. Because the Eagles didn't write enough well know songs to fill a two hour show there were a lot of songs which were not familiar. In particular the Illegal Eagles played Hotel California for the encore ( which went down very well ) and then played another song, which none of the friends I was with had ever heard of, as the last song of the show. This was bit of an anticlimax. There is no easy answer to this problem but the song selection and running order needs careful thought. If you are a hardcore Eagles fan with every song they recorded this issue won't be a problem. I'm going to see the whats left of the original Eagles next month. I note that they have solved this problem by having a support act.

I'm not one for 'tribute' acts as such, I prefer the originals but having read all their rave reviews and seen them on Youtube, I thought I'd take the plunge tonight to see the five-piece Illegal Eagles. I have to say they are exceptional. (And as a neutral music writer I don't give praise easily, but then again the late great DJ Johnny Walker rated them so that's saying something). Having seen the 'real' Eagles in action, they are a very, very close second and their presentation is effortless. From the start it's clear that each member is talented and experienced musician. Everything's spot on from the appropriate acoustics and stunning harmonising to the format and pace of the show, and as for the guys' collective guitarmanship, wow. I was lucky enough to be sat near the front and their sound was flawless from start to finish. Put it this way, I'm now looking to book to see them again asap. Their 2025 tour is really extensive so chances are they should be appearing at a venue near you. If you rate the Eagles give these guys a go. Top class.

Had front row seats for this show with my mum and my bestie; it was a treat for my birthday. Absolutely amazing show as always, and being so close was wonderful, we could even smell Mike’s delicious aftershave! At the end of the show Mike gave me his Hotel California plectrum. Dream come true! These guys are so good, all five of them are fantastic, seriously talented musicians and they really do The Eagles proud. I’m hooked and have seen them many times now with many more booked. Go and see them, you won’t regret it.

Lovely venue, easy to find by public transport as well as independent travel. The band were fab, as they have been each time I have seen them. Line up included a medical substitute which changed the vocal sound but did not detract from the fantastic music. For me the overall sound was a little light on the vocals making the words more indistinct than at other venues………….could be the acoustics of the Forum. We still had a great night and will come to see the next concert in our area for sure. Loved it.

I took my two teenage grandchildren, they both enjoyed the show and were singing along to many of the songs. As usual the level of musicianship and attention to detail was outstanding. a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this tribute band to any Eagles fan. My evening was complete when the band closed the show with my favourite Eagles song The Last Resort. The Alhambra is a great venue, and stages a great range of entertainment.

Second time to see the band and they were just as fantastic as the first time. All excellent musicians and superb vocals and harmonies. Definitely better than the originals now (who I saw last year). My only very small gripe is that I didn’t like The Last Resort as the encore, it’s not a favorite of mine and I preferred last year when they used Hotel California. I think for those not over familiar with the Eagles back catalogue, HC is a better and more recognisable finale. I was also disappointed that Best of my Love didn’t make it into the setlist as that one is a favourite. I appreciate though, that the band members like to mix the set list up so fair enough, it won’t stop me booking for next year

First time seeing the Illegal Eagles - very impressed. Knew most of the songs and the voices guitar playing were amazing. The hippodrome as a venue is beautiful to look at, but I always find the seats quite tight and if you are sitting behind someone with a high hairdo, it can be difficult to see the stage. The seats should be in staggered rows rather than having to lean to one side or the other to get a proper view.

I think this was the eighth time I've seen The Illegal Eagles over the last ten years. And what a band they are. This time I was sitting next to someone who hadn't seen them before. What struck her most was that all four guitarists were also lead vocals. To me, it matters less how 'accurate' the sound is. It's amazing, of course, it's much more the feel of the concert, and the mixture of huge hits and band favourites. I always melt for The Last Resort. What a finish. Thanks again guys!!

Had a slightly restricted view but was told that when I booked- have seen them a few times now and it’s great to get a fix on Eagles music live without the difficulty of getting to an actual Eagles concert . They play so much of the songbook getting very close to an original performance in most tracks. They create a great atmosphere and engaged so well with the Marina crowd who lapped it up Brilliant!

The venue is fantastic, easy to park ,venue accessible for those who have walking difficulties or are wheelchair users . Efficient friendly staff.Probably one of the best theatres going for views ,not really a bad seat in the house due to the layout. As for the band fantastic just when you think they can't get better they seem to turn it up that bit more . Wish they could be on two nights .

So this time over here in east Yorkshire was special along with my wife’s ex husband along came our daughter and granddaughters our son and his family ( 8 In Total ) it was a very emotional night and the boys didn’t disappoint. What a concert. Seen these guys 3 times now and each time I enjoy them more than the one previously. All great musicians Mike can certainly play the guitar and last night on the piano he was fantastic. Met Mike last time outside with my wife and her friend talked and allowed me to take pictures. All these guys are fantastic they are not a tribute band they just appreciate good music from 70s and 80s and close your eyes and they are the Egales. May the play forever.

Was at the last Eagles UK concert in Hyde Park London last year. What a fantastic band, loved them when I was young and this was the first time watching them live. Last night I watched a UK Eagles tribute band called The Illegal Eagles in Cornwall Uk where I live. Wow! A super top tribute to the real Eagles. Vocals and instrumental were spot on. Booked again to see them in Cheltenham UK in November. Brings back my younger days, Lovin it 👏👏👏

Yet again watching the Illegal Eagles was a great show. You guys are so true to the Eagles sounds at times I had tears in my eyes. Tequila Sunrise wow I loved it. Well all of the show. I had heard this band was was good but they surpassed all my expectations . Brilliant musicianship and with a twist to some songs with a two piece brass section They covered most of the Eagles classics with a couple of rarities and most of the Eagles members solo works .They also indulged themselves with some light hearted banter with the audience I would recommend this band for a highly enjoyable night out -I shall certainly be looking at the tour dates for another chance to see them again as soon as possible .

Guildford venue was convenient. Great bldg. Clean and bright. Felt spacious which is good since we are both oldies and still covid aware! We have seen the illegal eagles before so knew exactly what we could expect....and we were not disappointed!! They were spectacular!! The music was wonderful. I especially love the stories they tell. Amazing as always. Fourth time seeing these guys and I’m sure they are better than the originals!! Singing, guitar playing and banter all brilliant, and great to learn about the history of some incredible pieces of music. Still don’t think the concert hall is the best venue - kings theatre feels a bit more intimate and more dancing!! Will still definitely be back next time they’re in Glasgow!

This was the fourth time we had seen the illegal eagles at the Grand theatre and they certainly dident let the audience down, a perfect set list with trevor explaining about the origins of the songs and witty little story's, the second set built up to the climex of hotel california to finish the night off and for us this was possibly one pf the best shows ive seen by them, loved the added musical backing tracks too, a fantastic night and looking forward to a return show next year already.

This was my first time listening to the Illegal Eagles and having been to see the Eagles a number of times, I wasn't sure how I would feel about a tribute act... But need to say after the first few tracks played out, if I closed my eyes these guys are highly skilled and have crafted their tribute to perfection. Look forward to the next time they are in town for that peaceful easy feeling.
