Fatmagic

After creating the band Fatmagic in January 2009 in San Francisco, just a few months later the two European musicians, recording artists, songwriters and producers Madmax and Radina started playing big venues in the Bay Area, including well known clubs like Ruby Skye, Harlot and Supperclub but also international film festivals and the City Hall. With the release of their first single "Higher" in 2009, Fatmagic quickly made their way into the professional music industry.

Fatmagic released their their first album "Connecting Continents" in 2010. Songs from the album were used in several short movies, movies, animations and fans were blown away by this new way of combining electronic music and classical instruments. Short after, in 2011, Fatmagic received the Hollywood Music in Media Award for best album. By that time, Fatmagic also performed at the Winter Music Conference in Miami and started touring Europe with a kick off event during a breakpoint in New York City - London, Paris, Vienna, Belgrade, Berlin, Sofia and many other cities followed.

Radina and Max used to work with international artists and producers from many different musical fields before. Both added two and two and came up with the idea of bringing in DJ and producer friends from different musical fields to work on remixes for their EP named "Get Down" which made it to the Top 10 of the Austrian iTunes Charts and also went on air on many radio stations around the globe. Fatmagic then released their first official music video.

After touring Europe again in 2012, Fatmagic went back to the studio to work their second album "Connecting Worlds", supported by the unique sounding instrument manufacturer NS Design who custom finished them white like the captivating white mask of Madmax. Not only great looking but also outstanding sounding, those instruments were used from this time on in all Fatmagic productions, on stage and in the studio. In 2013, Fatmagic was again honored with the Hollywood Music in Media Award for best song "Blood Diamonds" from the second album. New music videos were produced, one of which stars the famous German-Austrian actor Reinhard Nowak.

In 2014, Fatmagic found their new home in Los Angeles and soon got nominated for the MondoTunes Music Award, which they later won for best song "Darkness".

In 2018, Fatmagic released their 10 years anniversary remix compilation "Fatmagic Remixed". The album is available across all platforms.
