THRILLERS

THRILLERS is a sibling LA-based funky synth wave duo who first appeared on the blogosphere with their fiery single, “Can't Get Enough”. “Something like Prince meets Yazoo” ~ Buzzbands. The track landed a sync placement on Wes Craven’s TV series ‘Scream’ on MTV. Their debut EP ‘Cotton Candy Kisses’ graced media outlets such as PAPER Magazine, NYLON, Entertainment Weekly, and Solange's Saint Heron. Hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, the band is influenced by James Brown, Prince, Eurythmics, The Gap Band, Tears For Fears, Talking Heads, and modern artists like Blood Orange and Cut Copy.

The duo established themselves in the subculture as fashion enthusiasts being named by VOGUE Magazine as "The Coolest Street Style" for NYFW; and aligned with Dr. Martens Footwear, OBEY Clothing, Garrett Leight Eyewear, Master & Dynamic Headphones; and fashion brands Barbara Gongini, James Phlemuns, and Comme Des Garcons. THRILLERS have toured North America and Canada with Dance Yourself Clean and have graced the stage amongst contemporaries like Brandon Coleman and Fickle Friends.

The duo released their debut album ‘Break Free’ which premiered on Earmilk and featured on Milk Studios, Ladygunn Magazine, and Blackbook Media. The album was recorded in Los Angeles and features production from Twin Shadow and Dance Yourself Clean. Their second project “Hug Your Brother” premiered on VMan Magazine and features production from Tyler Blake of Classixx.
