Feeling blue Metal. 💙 Marianas Rest is a melodic doom metal band originating from Kotka, Finland. The music comes heavy and without a hurry. The overall dark mood is topped with doom and black metal influences and finally the whole package is crusted with melancholic melodies.

Spiced with additional post-metal elements, the 2013 formed six-piece have since been building up some serious black clouds above the unsuspecting music world. With its haunting atmosphere, crushing melancholy and exceptional depth of lyrical themes this is something else. You just might choke on this thing.
