Bella Diem

Bella Diem started 2013 with the release of their Debut single ‘Bullet’, receiving instant acclaim such as ‘It’s well crafted, with enticing melodies and enough hooks to make the track feel familiar after just a couple of plays... before you know it, you’re smitten’ (Venture Magazine, 2013). The dual-fronted group, in their short time together, have toured the UK as winners of ATOM Live and played festivals across the country (Sound City, Liverpool; Fringe Festival, Stratford; The Great Escape, Brighton). Extensive gigging in Birmingham over 2012 has helped them secure a stable position in Birmingham’s live scene, sparking interest in 2013 from Birmingham’s leading event company Birmingham Promoters and landing them slots with touring acts such as The Traveling Band and Ellen and the Escapades. The band’s latest recorded work has also been picked up by heavyweight mastering engineer David Mitson [Michael Jackson; The Rolling Stones; Carlos Santana] - who comments, 'Bella Diem are one of the best bands I've heard in ages'. Bella Diem’s latest EP, ‘Flying’ (released August 2013) is available from iTunes, Amazon MP3 and other digital retailers. 2014 has been a busy year so far for the band, with recording, writing new material and gigging, including a slot at Glastonbudget where they played the 7,000 capacity Big Top stage.
