About Steven Deeds
Steven Deeds is a eclectic, indie solo-artist, based in the heart of the midwest; St. Louis, MO. He began recording music in 2007, and quickly grew to popularity in the midwest after a number of EP’s, leading to his first national release in 2011 titled “Dreamer”. In 2014, he released his full-length Grammy-Considered album “The Cavern”, a folk tale complete with a companion storybook.
Steven Deeds’ passion for music comes from his belief that storytelling has the power to offer the means to meaning; the purpose of all things. “Storytelling is innately human, and innately godlike”, Steven claims as he takes the role of author in his songs, orchestrating each piece as if it were an important plot element in a greater body, still yet to be revealed in its entirety to his listeners.
