Gravemouth

It has been a stellar year for this band. Since forming in March 2013 under our original band name, Six to the Third, we wasted no time in hammering out an opening set to jump straight into the fire, taking the stage for the first time in July to a packed house. In a very short amount of time, we have been fortunate to share bills with many talented local bad asses, as well as heavy hitting major label acts. In between shredding stages, we have been pouring it out in the studio. What initially started as a quick “snag everything live, just good enough to use for booking” evolved into a full-fledged production. Excited to share our progress, we released 30-60 second samples of rough mixes. We were humbled and honored when these samples reached #1 on the ReverbNation charts for Louisville metal. With all this being said, we are very excited about the coming year under our new name, Gravemouth. We have been working hard in the studio on writing new material and wrapping up the EP that is expected to be released this spring. Most importantly, we want to thank our family, friends, and fans- as well as all of the kick ass musicians and promoters who gave us an opportunity to show you what we’ve got.
