About Midtown Staxx
Midtown Staxx is a collaboration of singer Lisa McQuade and songwriter Matthew Doers throwing down an old school inspired redux of original soul music reminiscent of the decadent sounds of the 60’s and 70’s.
They’ve performed at the WTC 7@7 summer series outdoor concert, Ars Nova, Joe’s Pub and currently have a monthly set booked at the “Manderley Bar” in the McKittrick Hotel, home of “Sleep No More”.
They will be releasing their first EP in May.
