Rule of Thumb

Rule of Thumb is an east coast influenced three piece hardcore band with a belief that hardcore is for everyone who has an open mind. Our music has no needless filler or endless hooks that do nothing for our songs. Only straight ahead, in your face hardcore with honest lyrics and old school breakdowns and riffs. Rule of Thumb was formed by Kenny and Chance in 2004 and after many drummers came and went Jimmy solidified the lineup. Our current lineup has been together since Jan 09. We play regularly in the Vegas bar scene and the growing all ages scene here. We tour through the west and the south when we can afford to, often playing in neighboring California and Arizona. We are trying to extend our reach even further, we are headed to Europe this summer and hoping to find ourselves on the east coast before the fall. Hardcore and Punk. Enough said.
