I have always loved polaroids as far back as I can remember. They’re like an instant artwork, a tangible memory just captured.

The show was everything I hoped for. Musicians were great, and Luke's and the dancers' outfits were immaculate! Light show and visuals were also spectacular! Thus far, all positives. Sound quality was good, but hovering around 100 dB, which for my ears is simply too much. I already have tinnitus, so I have to wear earplugs, which just detracts from the pleasure I would have if it were just 90 or 93 dB, 96 max. Temperature-wise it was WAY too hot inside the Cirque Royal. The sheer number of people using fans was astounding. The fact that nobody fainted even more so. They should really fix that ASAP! And one other thing. The venue should actively stop people from standing on the stairs blocking the view for other people. Egotistical behaviour should be sternly discouraged. I had a great view from the top row seatings, but I saw quite a lot of annoyed people asking others for consideration, which was not given. Sad. All in all, I had a great time! Thanks to the band and all technicians!

Wow! The show was like nothing I've ever been to, what an amazing experience it was. It was more than music, it was pure art with an amazing complexity. One of the best concert experiences I've ever been to.

We couldn’t see to much standing left on MainStage, by the door. But the first half of there concert was good but later I didn’t like it so much. I expected more I guess. But my sis enjoyed it, we danced and she also missed something.

About Empire of the Sun
Empire of the Sun, the visionary Australian electronic duo comprising Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore, have been making waves across the world with phenomenal live shows and anthemic smash hits for the last decade as one of Australia’s most successful musical exports.
Their seminal debut album, Walking On A Dream, which the musicians described as "a spiritual road movie" spawned iconic singles “Walking On A Dream” and “We Are The People”. The critically acclaimed second LP, disco-pop Ice On The Dune featured “Alive” and “DNA” and saw the band tour the world. Third LP "Two Vines," saw the band welcoming guests like Lindsey Buckingham, members of David Bowie's band from the Blackstar sessions, and Wendy Melvoin from Prince & the Revolution and featured singles “High And Low” and“Way To Go”.
8 years since their last LP, 2024 sees the dawn of a new era.
