Dale Watson

Dale was absolutely amazing as always! He sang songs I haven’t heard live in the longest time and told stories about the songs I’ve never heard. Such a wonderful, special evening for our family!! And I am so happy he had Summer Dean open! She was amazing! I’ll be following her and hoping to see her again soon. Genius song writer, incredible singer and absolutely hysterical!

Dale Watson and the Lonestars are absolutely fantastic! If they are playing anywhere near, go to the show! Remember 3 things: his music is for dancing, Lonestar Beer is his beer of choice, and Lonestars are followed by top shelf tequila, no lime, no salt. We love Dale and the band like family!

Dale was on top of his game, both musically and bantering with the crowd. There were some technical issues with venue equipment, but Dale & the Lone Stars carried on. Happy I had the chance to introduce my son to Dale's music, and definitely buying their new album. "If I Can" got me all weepy-eyed, and "Willie, Waylon, and Whiskey" is a sure hit!

Dale Watson is always a good show. His music is real country, which is a hard thing to find these days. And the venue, well what can be said about Mercer Dance Hall. It has the best dance floor and is comfortable all the way around. We always have a good time there.

Dale is an awesome and talented entertainer/artist, songwriter, singer, story teller and tells great jokes. Good personality, and he is so kind to take the time with all of his fans. Truly a great person. Really enjoyed the show at Rollies. Thank you so much for sharing yourself and all your talent.

Always great to hear Dale Watson and band play. The Main Street Crossing is an excellent venue. Not a bad seat in the house and the food is good. Dale played a nice set of his very large songbook. Very entertaining evening.

Great show. Dale and his Lonestars were superb. The Get Tight Lounge was an excellent venue - great food, drinks and service. We can’t wait to catch Dale and the boys again. Highly recommend them to anyone. Same with the Get Tight Lounge. Bravo!

Dale Watson puts on a great show! His band is fantastic and he is very entertaining. Played lots of requests and for over 2 hours. Great guy that stayed around after the show to meet and greet with fans and take photos.

Dale is a very talented and authentic artist. He puts on a great show with a mix of good country. His band mates are extremely talented and accomplished musicians. He and his Lonestars are the real deal. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to one of their shows.

I love there were people there who have been going to see Dale for over 30 years; along with people who look 30, who have either discovered Dale on their own or were raised by die hard Dale fans like we did. The acoustic set, getting to hear stories and interact and listening to other artists who know and love him was absolutely incredible. No one makes their fans feel more appreciated and special than Dale Watson.

Dale's show was fantastic, as usual. This time he had some special guests, Ameripolitan Artists, who got up to sing a song or two, which made it even better. The opening act band (Riley someone) left a lot to be desired though. Every song was the same tempo and basically sounded the same. The guy had such a deep voice that I couldn't hear the words he was singing due to the sound mix, combined with the music being way too loud with all the instruments drowning out the vocals. I'm not the only one who lost interest in the opening act because I noticed many other attendees staring at and typing on their phones. Looking forward to Dale's next show in Nashville.

It was fantastic, we were concerned the volume would be too loud for us, but it wasn't, and we enjoyed the show tremendously!! The last time we saw Dale Watson was at EGO's in Austin Tx, so getting to see him Friday night was a great. We will continue to follow him on here.

Hill Country is such a waste of a wonderful space as they do not have live music there any longer. The Dale Watson show was a "special event". I've never witnessed any performer drink as much whiskey as Dale did last night. Pretty amazing. It didn't appear to phase him one bit. Dale was in remarkable voice per usual. Great audience response. Thanks Dale!

Dale was great as he always is. The venue had some trouble with their sound as the volume on Dale's mic was too low and he kept asking them to turn it up. The crowd for most of the show was excellent although at about 11:30, a rougher crowd started showing up, so we left as we didn't feel very safe.

The incomparable Dale Watson....incredible, as always! We brought our 10 yr old daughter to this show, and she loved it. This was her 2nd concert to ever go to, and also took her out on the dance floor for her 1st time ever! Dale was so sweet and kind to speak to her after the show, sign an autograph for her, and take some photos. I've loved Dale Watson for years, and have seen him numerous times...but this show was extra special with our daughter. Texas Music City is quite the gem of a venue in this small East Texas town. Great food from the restaurant, great drinks & great prices, and a wonderful live music venue. Absolutely recommend checking them out whenever you can.

My all time favorite show ever, Dale and the band were hot this night , and I got to meet Celine when I bought a t shirt. My only suggestion would be a venue in a suburb instead of Minneapolis proper i.e. The Medina Ballroom.

Had heard a lot about Dale Watson, and it’s all true! Great Band, great jokes, great shows man ship . Dale really takes the time with his fans! Off Broadway is a great venue, will go there again! Betty King

I’m a huge Dale Watson fan and this is my second show this year with him. Dale always brings it and plays it his way. He’s one of the last great hold-outs carrying the torch of traditional country music in the spirit of Haggard, Price, and many more . . . With the perfect mix of originals and covers from a road-hot band who plays off of his visual cues and without set lists. Love the fact that I can actually chat with him after a show as well, he is one of the nicest and most down-to-earth performers I have ever met.

I can't believe we haven't seen Dale Watson before. It was such a fun night. Lawrence, is a long time friend, "who we hadn't seen in about 10 Year", Is playing in the band. He was great. Everyone should check out Dale Watson, Country at its finest. SOOOO FUN. We will see them again, soon. Thank you, to the Band.

I have seen Dale three times in Nashville and they were great shows and you should go see him any chance you get.You should add a trip to Austin to your bucket list to catch a show at the Broken Spoke or other club to see him at his greatest! It's a experience of a lifetime!
