And So I Watch You From Afar

I have seen this band so many times now, I cant recall how many, but this was the show of all shows. Set in the iconic Ulster Hall, underneath the backdrop of its huge organ, ASIWYFA, accompanied by the Ulster Orchestra and choir, celebrated 20 years of being. The arrangement of their music for the orchestra complimented their brand of instrumental rock particularly well. My hairs stood on end for most of the show as I could only drink it all in. A much younger and particularly lively pit area moshed their hearts out during heavier parts and swayed arms raised during the quieter times. I sincerely hope that someone was recording this show as I need to hear it at least 1 more time.

Really good, I’d never heard them before, but super chilled guitar and drumming / melodic style, great experience live.

Asiwyfa were phenomenal. Super tight, switching lanes, time signatures, tempo, feel, loud, quiet, tone, all in each tune. Masterful. Stunning. Support 'maybe she will" were just just meh. Terrible casio key pianos and naff samples, cliche melodies. Played for 30 minutes too long for a support. I was expecting Robocobra quartet who did rest of the tour, upset to get this inferior band.

A special night, great venue, wild crowd. Lots of amazing memories. I found out about ASIWYFA and Delta Sleep because I saw paranoid void had some UK dates. So glad I ended up getting tickets, all three bands were absolutely fantastic!

Such an awesome experience. The sound was immersive without being harmfully loud and some of the artists stayed afterwards to meet people.

This was my third time seeing ASIWYFA in Denver. This was the first show that I've been able to take my boys (16 and 18 y.o.) to, and they had an awesome time getting all sweaty in an upbeat crowd as they danced with joy. ASIWYFA is a really fun and accessible group that creates great music and puts on a great show.

One of the best things I've attended in this life.

A chill, meditative experience with fantastic live visuals and string quartet. Completely different from their usual frantic energy performances but masterfully executed none-the-less.

Best show I’ve ever been apart of! So fortunate to play with these guys. My band was/is called Pan, but not the Pan that’s linked on here haha.

Loved seeing these guys. Highly recommend for any fans of post-rock.

Cracking set, good to see the boys back in Cardiff
