This was a very interesting experience for me I remember seeing her before in an article over 15 years ago. I was surprised to realize that this was her going to her concert was a very nice treat I love her messages that she was talking about when she would stop and discuss about different events.

Her music goes straight to my heart. Her presence blew my mind. She makes everyone in the audience feel like a hero.

Allison & crew were amazing - love that voice - love that style! The joy and passion displayed was infectious. A bonus treat were the 2 duets with Hozier - all were on their feet!

Absolutely loved the gig, support act (Simeon Hammond Dallas) and the main event were amazing. The venue is very cool, ended up getting a great vantage spot from the balcony above!

she played my favourite song in the encore, and her live versions are very different from her studio recordings. the venue was GORGEOUS. i’m glad we drove up to see her instead of waiting for her to come to calgary because her music was definitely suited to this type of venue🙏 but who let all the seniors out of the old folks home 😭 (especially the old woman next to me, crabby bitch complained about every song)

Transcendent show! Ali took us to church. I see about 50 live shows a year. This may have been the most impactful show I've ever seen.

This was one of the best shows I have EVER been to! Allison is an incredibly gifted artist and musician and a truly remarkable human being. I was completely captivated by the energy of her performance the entire evening. She emits a most amazing quality of light and joy, while addressing very relevant and intense topics that impact all of us. She channels a powerful energy that feels like it comes from beyond this time.

Not only was she amazing, she was proudly watching and filming her band mates as they performed beforehand. I took several beautiful photos, but this is my favorite. My childhood was also traumatic, and although I’ve been to therapy, psychotherapy and EMDR for my PTSD, it wasn’t until I discovered Allison’s music that I began to experience healing and peace 🤗

What a night I took my daughter who I’d been trying to get to listen to Outside Child for a year, she like me was blown away. The rainbow coalition were wonderful so together and great musicians. Lady Nade was a great opener with a fantastic wit along with great music. As for Allison Russell what a performance, any one who knows the background to Outside Child knows the harrowing childhood she suffered, yet the whole concert never fails to entertain as well as the strong message delivered so eloquently. Luckily for my daughter who is now sold on her we are off to Piece Hall in July and cannot wait.

Power only rivaled by beauty, and harmonies so gorgeously thick I thought I might surf them. Beautiful set from the incomparable Allison Russell, Sista Strings, Ms.Maestro, Mandy Fer, and Joy Clark. What a wonderful performance and set.

Everything about the show was perfect! The staff and volunteers are helpful and friendly, and it was the 1000th taping of Austin City Limits! Allison Russell gives 100% each time, and her band is top notch. She is vulnerable and gives hope to those who are struggling. She was joined on stage by her husband (JT Nero) and then their beautiful daughter.
