Alika Arlynn

Alika is a singer/songwriter from Peru, Illinois. Since she was a child she thought that her calling in life was to become a dentist because of her love for helping people. She spent her first three years of college as a Biology/Pre-dental major. She became uninterested in her classes and couldn’t imagine herself in this field. She has always loved music, but never thought of it as a career. She has always been involved in activities that are surrounded by music. At the age of three her mom enrolled her in dance classes and she has participated in choir since sixth grade. She graduated from Valparaiso University in May 2016 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications. At Valpo she was a member of the Indiana Theta Pi Beta Phi Fraternity, a cheerleader, and when she could, she would be in the studio recording her first debut album.
