This venue has misleading information on its website. They claim to be a concert venue but do not say that they are a nightclub with no seats like a theater would normally have. They booked a band to open a show that is bluegrass, so a certain type of audience would think they were going to the usual style of venue. They will show up and find themselves standing through the show. I found out before I went. I asked them for a refund, because my husband, 75-year old mother and I do not want to stand up for an hour and a half, but the Westcott Theater refused. If they do not change their minds and refund my ticket, I am contacting a lawyer.
