sHEAVY (pronounced "SHEV-ee") are a stoner rock/stoner metal band from Newfoundland, Canada. The band formed in 1993, but their debut, Blue Sky Mind, came out in 1996. The band steadily progressed, moving from psychedelia-drenched desert rock to modern-retro Sabbath worship on Synchronized, Republic? and their most recent output, The Machine that Won the War.
