Born in the Caribbean saturated culture of Brooklyn, New York, RaeN’s unmistakable charisma and outgoing personality was noticed early on. She began singing publicly at the age of 10 with tremendous encouragement from family and friends alike. The big voice from that little girl, quickly matured as she received formal training and indulged more and more into what she refers to as her “true passion and calling in life.” Graduating from the infamous “Fame” school, LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts, was the springboard into a long lived career with the Royal Family of Reggae, Morgan Heritage. In addition to her vocal ability, RaeN has graced both stage and screen in several well-known plays and musicals. She also appeared as the host of a video show, and pioneered the concept as the only female correspondent on a sports show in Cleveland, Ohio. Throughout the years, transcending genres such as Gospel, Reggae, Neo-Soul and R&B, singing with the likes of Natalie Cole, Nona Hendryx , Hezekiah Walker, Merlin Santana, Frankie Paul, Keith Sweat and most recently, Shaggy, just to name a few, RaeN began to come into her own and made the decision to devote her gift back to the One that blessed her with it. RaeN dedicated her gift back to God as a Psalmist and Worship Leader. Established and seasoned, she is now embarking on a solo project of her very own. Rekindling her foundation relationship with Morgan Heritage, Gramps Morgan, specifically, she is now known as the First Lady of Dada Son Entertainment and well on her way to quickly becoming a household name in the Caribbean Gospel circuit. “Words just can’t explain…” as she tries to express her feelings behind teaming up with heavy hitter Gramps Morgan and being blessed with the opportunity to “inspire and uplift people through the gift of music.” Make no mistake, RaeN is setting the stage to deliver a long awaited, stellar project that is sure to take the industry by storm….Let it RaeN, let it RaeN, let it RaeN!!!
