In 2025, JMF's song, How Far Apart Are We?” was named Best Indie Song – Summer 2025 by the Clouzine International Awards Show. The Josie Music Awards included him as Nominee for Songwriter of the Year. John Michael Ferrari is a Finalist for 2 ISSA Awards 2025: Male Vocalist of the Year and Male Songwriter of the Year. Awards show is August 23rd, where JMF will perform at the after party at the Wild Wing Cafe, Alpharetta, Georgia.
JMF named “Vocalist of the Year” in the Male 50+ category by the North American Country Music Association International. NACMAI also awarded JMF New Country Horizon Award for “I Keep Rollin’ On” and the New Gospel Horizon Award for “Bring Me Home”. JMF performed 4 of his songs on the beautiful Country Tonite Theater stage in Pigeon Forge, TN.
In 2024, Voted Artist of the year by the Olympia arts awards, his pop song “One Heck of a Girl” was named best single of the year by the producers choice honors, his recent album “I keep dreaming“ was named USA male album of the year, silver by the international singer songwriter Association, And he walked away from the West Coast country music Association awards with three number ones: best new country for his song “I Keep Rollin’ On”, best new gospel for his song “bring me Home”, and gospel songwriter of the year 50+ for “bring me home”. And, a song he wrote with Pepper Jay and Ray Ligon, “workin’ my way to Nashville“ was named Best New Country and best co-write by the North American country music Association.
