Charlotte Kendrick

Charlotte Kendrick is an Americana singer / songwriter. Her music is autobiographical Americana folk rock, reminiscent of Lucy Kaplansky, Norah Jones, and Patty Griffin. Charlotte started writing songs in her early twenties while in the Peace Corp in West Africa. Upon returning to New York, she teamed up with long time producer/collaborator Dan Rowe and released her debut album I Get Stupid in 2003. Since that time she has released two more albums, played hundreds of shows, and received countless accolades from critics and fans alike. With her upcoming fourth album, she continues to pursue her musical goal: “To look back and say I did what I was meant to do - sing songs that mean something to someone.” Charlotte is currently based in Princeton, NJ, where she continues (when parenting duties slow down) to write and perform.
