Christoffer Lundquist FANS CLUB

Carl Christoffer Lundquist, born 1970, is a Swedish musician and producer. His own band is Brainpool where he started as a bass player and backing vocalist , but has moved to play both the bass and the guitar. Brainpool won a Swedish Grammy in 1994 (best new band). Brainpool is currently working on their next album, And 27th November will be released on New Single "The Last Christmas" He has also produced albums by Per Gessle and Gyllene Tider and played in the backing groups of Roxette and Per Gessle. He has his own studio in the rural south of Sweden, The Aerosol Grey Machine Studio (AGM) in Vallarum, Scania. The AGM is primarily an analogue studio with lots of vintage equipment and two live echo-chambers. Since its start in 1998, the AGM has hosted a vast selection of both Swedish and international artists like Roxette]], Per Gessle, Ed Harcourt, Ulf Lundell, Gyllene Tider, Thåström, Bo Kasper Sundström, Wilmer X, Kristian Kjellvander, Helena Josefsson, Sandy Mouche, Peter von Poehl, Luke Jackson, Justin Winokur, Doug Wyatt, and Moneybrother. Christoffer Lundquist is producer, musician and composer and he has produced over 100 albums for the Swedish and international artists. He has also been a member of Brainpool and also toured with Per Gessle and Roxette for the last 10 years. FAMILY: Christoffer and Ylva married on May 22, 1999, they have two daughters, Ingrid and Agnes. And right now they have two cats: Päron and Vitnos. Sir George Martin himself, 85, best known as the producer for all but one of The Beatles albums, was in attendance and appeared on stage to personally congratulate Christoffer. Sir George Martin Music Award was set up one year ago in connection with the Beatles former producer’s visit in the southern Sweden to receive a honorary doctorate from Musikhögskolan in Malmö. Christoffer "Solo project" After having written music for Brainpool for many years, in 2011Christoffer released his first full-length album ”Through the window”- after having teamed up with lyric writer and musician Michael Saxell. The album was much appreshiated by its audience and the press and Christoffer is currently working on his second album.
