About Duquette

Rob Duquette is multi -instrumentalist/singer/songwriter/composer and founder and leader of the band duquette. He has made his career since the mid-1990s as a well respected and in-demand sideman, most notably as a member of Jonathan Edwards touring band. He has also regularly played with other notables like Jack Sonni (Dire Straits) and the legendary composer David Amram over the past 15 years. He gained national attention as half of the jazz-folk-pop duo Cactus Highway in the early 2000s, whom the Boston Herald called "a duo of true sophistication."

Working with producer Doug Luther and recording engineer Jason Phelps at Acadia Recording Studios in Portland Maine, Rob’s newest singles are getting regular air play on radio shows and stations including WCLZ, Frank FM, Greetings from Area Code 207, Studio Z, WMPG, and the Maine Experience podcast. Rob showcases his multi-instrumentalist chops by playing almost all the instruments on these singles.
