Jarrod Ray Stratton

I am from a small river town holler in Kentucky which I am very proud to be from. Its name is TYRONE. Remember that. It is there where I fell in love with Jesus, music, sports, my first girlfriend, and a honkey tonk lifestyle. That place is my home, and always will be. I started off playing music in church, but my rebelious ways conflicted with that. There was something about the bar rooms that intrigued me, mainly the women, booze, and the sounds of the music. It helped me stay sane when I thought I was crazy. Well I should say Jesus, and that. Jesus worked through that to help me. Ive been in the bars playing for about seven yrs now, and I love that there are people there that are on my level, and help bring me through. I hope I shine light on them aswell through my music. I hope they can feel my emotion that has to come out. Basically to make a long story short, I want to help people who the "church" may snurl their nose at see light in a constantly dimming world. Just a simple man trying to make it in a complicated world.
