Nick always pulls it off. And funny to boot.
He has the same gift of the gab between songs as his dad - but sharper.
Annd then he plays side one of his last album non-stop.
The cosy upstairs room at The Ring 'O Bells was ideal - even iif a lsst minute change from Bath's Masonic Temple (formerly the city's original Theatre Royal). The gig was less distracted because of it.
The additional extended encore of brand new (as yet unrecorded) songs was a real treat. Good luck with them at Abbey Road, Nick!

My sister and I spent two brilliant nights at The Hug & Pint, with Nick, through Celtic Connections. We delighted in the fact that we had two nights, instead of the one we expected. Nick was his usual funny, laid back, but simultaneously vibrant self. As always he excelled in his storytelling and his phenomenal guitar playing. He always amazes us and NEVER disappoints! If you have not seen Nick, please put it on your to do list, the man is very unassuming and a delight to be around,

What a night at Broadcast, In Glasgow, with Nick Harper. Small intimate venue but Nick was awesome, as always! Brilliant singer, songwriter, phenomenal guitarist and storyteller, just the best. If you have not seen him, please do yourself a favour and make a point of doing so, you will not be disappointed!!!
