LeFLOFRANCO aka FLO.
Une identité plurielle. Une musique Multicolore.

Au départ c’était juste trois lettres “F.L.O”. Acronyme pour Fierté. Loyauté. Originalité. Trois mots, qui définissent cet artiste franco-ontarien d'origine haïtienne, né à Paris, passé par Montréal et finalement établi, depuis très jeune à Ottawa.

Issue de la scène urbaine de la capitale nationale, FLO, aujourd’hui plutôt connu comme LeFLOFRANCO, se lance dans le rap francophone dès l’âge de 14 ans. Au fil des années, il participe à de nombreux projets indépendants. Puis, en 2005, aux côtés de YAO, au sein du duo «RenESSENCE», un premier projet officiel intitulé «2 Faces d'une même âme» est lancé.

C'est en juin 2012, qu’il lance son premier projet solo «Partir pour Revenir». Fruit de son vécu et d’une démarche artistique murie, il présente en mars 2014, le maxi-disque «Bâtir pour Établir». Celui-ci, bien accueillit par l’industrie, lui vaut deux nominations lors de la 8e édition du Gala des prix Trille Or, notamment dans la catégorie "Artiste découverte."
En 2015 il signe chez le label INTELLO-Productions Inc, qui à comme directeur executive, son ami de longue date, YAO.

Avec une plume qui à su mûrir et une vision devenue panoramique, issue d’une collaboration avec le réalisateur Sonny Black (Corneille, K-Maro), c’est en mai 2017 que LeFLOFRANCO lance son 3e opus, le maxi- disque «Retranscrire» qui se révèle une opération fructueuse en performances. C’est ce EP aux accents pop-électro, rempli d’une fraîcheur et d’un caractère entraînant qui lui mérite 2 nominations au prochain Gala des prix Trille Or 2019, notamment dans la catégorie “Initiative artistique” grâce à ses soirées de spectacle-concept “#HautesVibrations”.

Inspiré de la belle aventure que lui offre “Retranscrire”, LeFLOFRANCO collabore encore une fois avec Sonny Black et son équipe The HookCo. pour nous livrer, en printemps 2019, un premier album qui dégage une certaine… Force inhérente.

At first it was just three letters "F.L.O". Acronym Fierté. Loyauté. Originalité. which translate to “Pride. Loyalty. Originality.” Three words, which defines this Franco-Ontarian artist of Haitian descent, born in Paris, passed by Montreal and finally established, since very young in Ottawa.

Coming from the urban scene of the nation's capital, FLO, now known as LeFLOFRANCO, started to rap at the age of 14. Over the years, he participates in many independent projects. Then, in 2005, alongside YAO, as the duo "RenESSENCE", a first official project entitled "2 Faces of the same soul" is launched.

In June 2012, he launched his first solo project “Partir pour Revenir” which translates to “Gone to Return.” Result of his experiences and an artistic growth, he presented in March 2014, the extended play “Bâtir pour Établir” which translates to "Building to Establish". Well received by the industry, this EP earned him two nominations during the 8th edition of the Trille Or Awards Gala, notably in the category “New artist.” In 2015, he signed to the music record label INTELLO-Productions Inc, which has his longtime friend, YAO as the executive director.

With a matured pen and a newfound panoramic vision, result of a collaboration with the music producer Sonny Black (Corneille, K-Maro), it’s in May 2017 that LeFLOFRANCO launched his third EP “Retranscrire” which means ”Rewrite” Which proves to be a successful operation due to the following burst of visibility he gains. It is in fact this EP with pop-electro accents, filled with a freshness and a lively character that gets him 2 nominations for the next Gala of the Trille Or 2019 Awards, notably in the category "artistic Initiative" thanks to his concept-show “#HautesVibrations” which translates to “HighVibrations”

Inspired by the great adventure that "Rewrite” offered him, LeFLOFRANCO collaborates once again with Sonny Black and his team The HookCo. to deliver in spring 2019, a first album that releases a certain ... Inherent strength.
