Having ascribed 90’s R&B as the soundtrack to her life, Kennedy Rd. aspires to emulate the sound she grew up on and echo it onto the airways with a modern flare. Her sound brings something fresh and original to the table, yet simultaneously creates an undeniable feeling of nostalgia, bringing her listeners to an exciting place, somewhere between 90’s and modern R&B.

Since the release of her first song in 2017, Kennedy Rd. has accumulated over 2M plays on Spotify, with over 100,000 monthly listeners. She has also caught the eye of the blogging world, being featured in print and online publications including Vibe Magazine, Complex Canada, Now Magazine, Saint Heron, Karen Civil, and many others.

Kennedy Began 2019 with the release of her first ever EP entitled, "Good Luv". The independent EP, featuring the two singles, "Falling" and "King of Hearts”, picked up major traction upon its release and was added to several editorial playlists on both Spotify (Bedroom Jams, Silk Sheets, Just Vibing, Fresh Finds, New Music Friday) and Apple Music (Hot Tracks, The New Toronto, Mood, The A-List: R&B, Alt R&B, Apple Music Hip-Hop/Rap).
