Spring Street Family Band

In 2012 lead guitarist Ben Blujus and drummer Mike Redmond started jamming and getting to know each other as people and as musicians. Shortly after rhythm guitar player Dan McCollum got a place on Spring St. in Syracuse NY the two started fusing musically with lead singer Ryan Vendetti and former rhythm guitar player Thomas Dillon. The four were left in search of a bass player suitable for the job. after a few tries they found a beautiful relationship with co- worker (at the Dinosaur BBQ) in Dennis Lingel in the fall of 2012. They worked hard and got a set together and started gigging in the syracuse local area. at the beginning of 2013. They have continued to work hard and use their creative minds to continue to expand now having played in NYC, Nectars in Burlington, Vermont. They have moved around the surrounding cities of Syracuse, NY, and The Hard Rock Cafe in Myrtle Beach, NC being the latest journey. The band has intentions of continuing to expand and keep having a rocking good time doing what they love. The Spring Street Family is a high energy band that blends funk, rock, hip hop and reggae into a party that everyone can get down with. Come party with us!
