Fillmore Duo is a high energy, soulful couple that performs unique covers and powerful originals.
Using hand percussion, a keyboard and their voices, they create a sound just as big as any band you've ever heard.
They are from Richmond, VA, but travel all over the the U.S.
This group drives in their own lane when it comes to what you would expect from a duo.


A mixture of fate and chance brought this duo together in June 2013. Though it took some time for their musical paths to lead them to forming Fillmore, Morgan Stewart and Phil Walker are now writing and recording fresh material while performing live shows in venues up and down the east coast. Their sound is a soulful blend of tone and rhythm that takes harmony and connection on a musical joyride. Influences include Lauryn Hill, Billy Joel, Beyonce, Stevie Wonder, Etta James, Lalah Hathaway, Marvin Gaye, and Aretha Franklin.
