Colleen Ryan Music

Colleen Ryan is a 26 year old singer/songwriter and graduate of Rider University with a BFA in Fine Arts concentrating in music. She started playing guitar when she was 19 and has been playing around with piano ever since she can remember. Since she started singing at the age of 5 she has performed on many stages such as the Knitting Factory, the Stone Pony, the Kimmel Center for the R&B Foundation, and the Trocadero. She has sang with various groups such as The Pennington Singers, Rider Chorus, School of Rock (Princeton), 72 East and Ray G. Ward & The Light. She currently records her own music and is releasing her debut EP 'The Getaway Plan' soon! _____________________________________________________________________ So now I'll try to tell you about myself! I love the beach, I wish I was a mermaid. Don't buy me flowers, it makes me sad when they die. I love geese because they mate for life. I love adopting animals. I'm a shopaholic. Reggae beats blow my mind. I love songs I can relate to and I want people to be able to relate to my songs. I love collaborating with other artists. Everything inspires me. I'm accident prone. I'm a vegetarian. I'm a tiny girl that can sing Aretha Franklin. I love daisies and sunflowers. That is all for now, I'm sure I'll think of more later. Love love love love.
