About FKi 1st

Atlanta artist 1$T is coming for the top spot with his new solo project called Tokyo. The album, produced and written by 1$T, features 8 songs and 8 videos representing the journey from Atlanta across the globe to the cultural and creative mecca that is Tokyo. The first visual premiered with Complex called "Tokyo Freestyle" is a high-energy montage that recaps his first night in Japan earlier this year - walking through the city streets, soaking in the fashion, food, and nightlife.

Recently 1$T has been out performing the new single “IROC” at A3C Atlanta, Rolling Loud NYC, 1Oak Tokyo and Post Malone’s tour after party in Toronto. The music has already received praise from Complex, LA Weekly, Culture Curators and more to come.

Over melodic trap and 808s, 1$T’s signature vocals and introspective lyrics are hard to miss. He picks up with Toyko where he left off with his acclaimed debut solo project in 2016 “First Time for Everything” via Mad Decent. The EP includes viral hit “The Meaning” ft. Post Malone, and features from iLoveMakonnen, Bankroll Fresh and more, racking up over 60M streams to date.

1$T wrote and sang the hook on the fan favorite - “Cameras” with Uzi Vert, Post Malone and Mac Miller off the DJ Drama album Quality Street Music 2 with over 28M plays. He and Post also collaborated on his early SoundCloud hits “TEARS,” “What’s Up” and “God Damn” off the August 26th Mixtape. Most recently, 1$T raps on the viral hit “Live A Lil” with MadeinTYO and Uno The Activist off his series Good Gas.

Growing up in Atlanta and of Liberian descent, Trocon Markous Roberts always knew his creativity would be his communication with the world. It has taken him all over the globe and into collaborations with some of the biggest names in the business like Kayne, Pharrell, Lil Jon, Diplo and more. Stay tuned or as Complex says, “get familiar; 1$T isn't going anywhere but up.
