About Mia Green Music
Atlanta native Mia Green brings her own unique style to the music world with bold pop country tunes that appeal to audiences of all ages. "At seventeen, Mia's grown into a gifted singer, songwriter and performer," says Matt Chenoweth, her guitarist/mentor. With influences ranging from The Beatles to Brandie Carlile, KT Tunstall, Taylor Swift and Sugarland, Mia's songs will grab you and keep you singing them over and over.
Her debut album “Sun & Moon” (Feb. 2017) was recorded at Kristian Bush’s Projector Room studio with Brandon Bush as guest keyboardist and Tom Tapley as engineer. The band includes Matt Chenoweth, Kevin Green on percussion and Dave Pretlow on bass.
“Another country gal worth a listen is Mia Green. The young guitarist and singer’s debut album Sun & Moon is more of the former than the latter. It’s sunshiny, upbeat, pop-inspired country music, anchored by standout tracks “Love To Be In Love” and “All This Time.” Both songs are reminders that genuine Southern music doesn’t always have to be depressing or ornery.”
