I DIGRESS are a 5 piece, female-fronted alt-rock band from Swansea, South Wales. The band released their debut EP "Haunting Me" in early 2019 which featured songs that redefined the sound they have been previously known for. I DIGRESS is comprised of lead singer Bethany O'Mahoney, guitarists Matt Evans and Alef Matthews, bassist Daniel Thomas-James and drummer Liam Hawkes. Each member brings a different blend of their varied music tastes to the band to form a truly unique sound.
Originally formed in late 2016, the band has evolved and developed into a strong, explosive band to watch out for. In 2018, I DIGRESS began to appear on more high profile gigs, supporting artists such as DREAM STATE, and Manchester-based band Collibus as part of the 2018 Celtic Mosh Festival. In March 2019, I DIGRESS won The Battle of the Bands hosted by South Wales radio station The Wave. They are set to play the Neath Music Festival in July supporting The Feeling. - "I DIGRESS have been tearing up the scene with their high energy sets and great sound for the last year" - Swansea Music Hub."
