Danny & The Veetos

We are an electro/folk/pop band from the north Atlantic Island group called the Faore Islands. We play acoustic and electro instruments for a nice twist in electro/folk/pop. Our instrumentation ranges from synths to ukulele to trumpet to computer generated blips and swooshes. All faroese artists are Inspired by the brutal winter weather, majestic mountains and clean air and ocean breeze, and we are no different in that respect. However we do have a more positive approach to our surroundings. This we feel is apparent in our music. Although the melancholy is still there.
