Hi, my name is Bob. To tell the truth, my name isn't really Bob, but that's what my friends call me. I'm from the US and was born in Arizona. In 2003 I moved to Jena Germany and have been living there since. I sing and play guitar with my friends in a band - we call ourselves Cowboy Bob and Trailer Trash and have been entertaining folks with our brand of traditional country and bluegrass music since 2007. Our line up of instruments include acoustic/electric guitar, banjo, Dobro, fiddle and pedal-steel guitar. Our sound is then nicely rounded out with a stand-up bass and percussion. Some of our lyrics are a little rough around the edges but for the most part we like to keep both music and song content as simple and honest as possible. We love what we do and I think you'll find it shows in our music. We hope to see you soon at a show around your neck of the woods, if not, give our record a spin. Doch um ehrlich zu sein, mein richtiger Name ist gar nicht Bob, aber Freunde nennen mich so. Unser Band-Setup besteht aus akustischen und elektronischen Gitarren, Banjo, Dobro, Fiddle, Pedal-Steel Gitrarren. Abgerundet wird der Sound der Rhythm-Section mit Kontrabass und Percussion. Wir geben uns mühe unsere Texte so einfach und ehrlich wie möglich widerzugeben, aber manchmal ist die Wahrheit eben doch hart und scharfkantig... Wir lieben was wir tun und ich denke, wir zeigen das auch in unserer Musik und live bei unseren Shows.
