RALE are the new post-punk revivalists. Tom O’Hara (vocals) and Dino Sofos (guitar) had been in a band together, drawing inspiration from their love for The Chameleons, Depeche Mode and Echo & The Bunnymen, while Sena Verdi (Guitar/Synth) was an established electronic artist, who had collaborated with acts like Aqualung and Paul Oakenfold.

The Sheffield band teamed up with legendary synth pop producer, Dean Honer (The Moonlandingz / All Seeing I) and emerged with a huge sound that is instantly recognisable as RALE. Whilst nodding to the Steel City’s electronic pioneers of the past, the band unify Rock, New Romantic Pop and a sense of modern-day unease. Melodramatic lyrics are set to a soundtrack of stadium drum beats, fierce guitar hooks and potent vocal melodies.

After winning over audiences with their infectious songs and absurdly brilliant dancing, RALE are on a mission to become Britain's most important band.

Their debut single, Sprinkle With Rust, is already a BBC Introducing favourite.
